I requested a ride so I noticed that their were going to have several rides in the queue. So I got that but then went to check my status it went from (4) in the queue to (6) to (7) then remained there for a 8 mins then went back to (6) for even longer time. What is that about. Did I mention it passed twice before it disappeared for good while. So that is my reasoning for my rating.

Second time I use the system and again a driver who does not show his identification to carry passengers that is required in Florida with a haughty attitude without saying the slowness and the clumsy to drive in addition to conflicting, rude When you say that cheap comes out expensive, this is the case, the Driver s name is Franciscoand car tag is RKNJ43 and I have everything on video.

It's always either 5 minutes pick up so you don't have time even to take the elevator downstairs and they will cancel on you right before you exit the building or it will be 45 minutes that you have to wait.

this app is so limited and wait time is too long. needs more drivers. needs better communication. needs more places you can go to because the limited spaces where you can get a freebee is freaking terrible. please make it where you can go anywhere and not a specific spot to get it.

I can walk faster! App says they are on their way but no. The estimated time is a joke.

They make you wait for so long literally and they never come the worse

The map is allowed on blue, everything is verified at the profile, but not driver on the permit zone. Maybe a technical hassle. Please improve it quickly, it is a waste of time at Hialeah Gardens. Now 1 and a half hour on awaiting. It seems only works good on the Doral zone.

The drivers do not respond back when you confirm your location

Please boycott this company I had my little sister with a fever and they didn’t care and kept deleting my accounts and the manager isn’t of any help at all thanks for not helping me or caring never again . If it was a life or death situation they would not care either and the manager does not care about the well beings of the passengers

Awesome just perfect

The idea of this service is amazing. When it works… it’s perhaps the greatest service of all time. HOWEVER the timing and messaging system needs dramatic improvements. Although it tells you an estimated time, is very hard to tell when your ride is arriving. Half of the time the ETA the app provides is completely inaccurate. To be clear, I’m not complaining about the service, lack of drivers or cars. I just think the app itself can do a much better job of communicating and updating the timing.

With this latest update the app is broken. It works for your first ride, but then the next time you open the app, it prompts your to review your driver, the app crashes and you are stuck on a white screen unable to do anything

First of all , it’s free everywhere, but in KW it’s $2 , still they dropped from 19 to $14 drivers’s hourly wage and now they don’t have enough drivers 1 or 2 cars out , tiny island and wait time is 45-50 minutes and you spent another 45 minutes in the car ! This supposed to be helpful for locals who have to pay ridiculous amount for uber/lyft and doesn’t have a car ! Whole week I have trouble to get this service in the morning!

I get it, it’s free, but as a great poet said, “it is not a solution to give a free education to poor people, if you give them a poor education”

My school uses Freebee and this new update is terrible. You have to wait over an hour for one Freebee, and while I was waiting I saw 3 pass me who had no passengers. They have no availability and it’s really frustrating

The worst experience for me today. No one came to pick me up. I kept alot of times but they were going past me to pick someone up but not me i had to miss my train because of this. I used to love freebee alot but not anymore

I’ve been trying to create an account and sign up but all I get is an infinity loading page.

I read amazing reviews on this and I’m located in the DMV area. We have lots of perks such as what this app offers IN Washington D.C.; some like E bikes in Baltimore. But much more plentiful in D.C.. So I had high hopes that maybe, just maybe this would be available up north for us DMV folks. Sadly Southern FL, Miami for the majority. So FL babes, enjoy!

The teslas have bad gps bad service because this tesla goes all over the place instead of going to you it goes to the other street so I give it a ZERO

It would be much better if it would tell you the exact time away your ride is and if it can drop you off at houses

the whole concept of freebee is nice because it’s “free”, but it literally takes over an hour just to be picked up. it also constantly changes. it told me it would be an hour wait and finally when it was two minutes away it updated to another 30 minute wait. if you don’t have all day to be waiting, you’re better off just getting an uber. literally don’t recommend.

Thursday your driver never came AND the website only said “searching for driver. And I was charged twice - the first call I canceled, made another hoping new driver would be swifter. He wasn’t. Since first call was cancelled I should only have been charged once for 2.00. Had to take my chances with your service today. Got message that driver would be to me in 12 minutes. I appreciated know how long it would take. He was very courteous , polite and helpful.Said he was from Puerto Rico - nice young man I will use your service again!

Hi. I live in this area and I constantly see drivers sitting in their cars around here for over 30 minutes yet when I request a ride it always says no driver available or 30 minutes or longer of a wait.

don’t really like the knew system it’s longer wait times and now you request a ride and a second person request a ride you have to go to their destination first then yours 🤦🏼‍♀️ i don’t like that

Too long to find a driver; and too long for driver to arrive here. Also the pickup location is 8935 S Dixie Hway, not 8975.

The time changed 5 times!!!

I tried it a few times, waited for 20 minutes, no one accepted the ride, or they have these stupid zone thing, where you can’t take even a 10 minute ride if it’s outside of that “zone”.
